Every tooth is raised by hand at the Forge de Saint-Juéry, as it has been since 1856, and each rasp is signed by its stitcher. The subtly irregular tooth pattern leaves a surface no machine-made rasp can match.

Grain 9 is the sweet spot: fast enough to shape, fine enough to finish.
